NosferI purchased this monitor in Canada at Future Shop. They had a limited supply. A month and a half later it broke. The touch menu stopped working and my monitor started turning off.
I'm currently having a nightmare experience dealing with Samsung.
My friend also purchased this monitor, and it had the same problem. Only his happened the day after he bought it and was lucky to get it exchanged.
I would hold off on this one until they fix their problem.

J Danielhey fellow Canadians yeah I am in Ottawa and I notice that no where carries this model its really good and where can you find a DC powered monitor. So far a friend of mine has one and have not heard of any problems. I am thinking of buying one for when I go back to Singapore but SIngapore does not carry it either, looks like Malaysia does... maybe buying in Malaysia is a possibility...is the warranty only local Malaysian warranty?
