Return Policy


What is our retun policy ?
1. C-Zone Sdn Bhd, offers returns and exchanges for most items within 3 days of receipt of shipment. You can use this page to learn about our return policies. However, C-Zone Sdn Bhd carries no refund policy for items purchased.

What is our requirements for a return ?
1. items must be in good condition ( in the condition as out of the box and damages caused by improper handling & installation will not only void your retun but your warranty of the purchased item as well. )
2. items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.
3. Media items ( for example, video games and software ) must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. 

How do i return an item back to you ?
1. Simple, just call the respective branch the order was made and speak to us.
2. Should the item purchased is faulty out of the box, we will collect and re-ship back the item at no extra cost to you.
3. Should the item purchased was in error, we will collect and re-ship the item you have requested at an additional cost which will be adviced to you by our team.
Note : if you're exchanging for an item that costs more or different in size, we'll charge you for the difference in price & shipping charges applies.
